First annual Life Guard 5K raises $30K for charity

Our first annual running of the Life Guard 5K was a great success!

On the brisk morning of Nov 14, 2015, a hundred runners (and walkers) completed the Life Guard 5K event course through the Autumn-drenched streets of Shrewsbury, NJ.  The running of the 2015 Life Guard 5K was the cherry-on-the-top of what was a 6-week fundraising effort to benefit Life Guard Ecumenical Foundation.
