2023 Life Guard 5K - Postponed

Due to unforeseen events, the 2023 Life Guard 5K has been postponed.

We will update everyone once the new date is set.

Life Guard 5K is our annual fundraising drive and race event. In the weeks leading up to the race, Life Guard 5K fundraising teams raise funds to benefit Life Guard Ecumenical Foundation's mission of helping neighbors in need.

Immediately following the fundraising drive is race day, where our fundraising teams will run (or walk) our 5-kilometer course along Ocean Avenue in Sea Bright, NJ.
