2025 Life Guard 5K Run/Walk for Charity

The 2025 Life Guard 5K will take place on Sunday, March 23, 2025 in Sea Bright, NJ.

Life Guard 5K is our annual fundraising drive and race event. In the weeks leading up to the race, Life Guard 5K fundraising teams raise funds to benefit Life Guard Ecumenical Foundation's mission of helping neighbors in need.

Immediately following the fundraising drive is race day, where our fundraising teams will run (or walk) our 5-kilometer course along Ocean Avenue in Sea Bright, NJ.
